Really enjoyed working with Owen for 2 separate home inspections . He is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He actively explains what he is looking at during the inspection and is very clear and simple with the explanations. With both homes, there were no surprises in the inspection report. Everything in the report was discussed at the time of inspection, which is always reassuring. Would definitely recommend
